Author Conversations Continues to Evolve
The committee continues to tinker with Author Conversations, trying to find the right mix of meeting authors without exhausting them! So, this year the authors begin with a short introduction, telling you about themselves and their books. Then, they will move from table to table—speed-dating style—so that each of you meet them and discover more about the
m, their books, and possible programs they might present at your libraries. To learn more about the authors, click here. You can attend Author Conversations in either Session 1 or 2.
Session 3 features the author keynote, Al Gini. His talk is based on some of the essays in his recent book, Seeking the Truth of Things, a reflection on some of the things he’s learned both at college and at the University of Life.
The authors will be available between sessions and during no-conflict times to autograph their books. Each will host a table at lunch.
After-Words Bookstore will sell books by each of the authors. You can pay with cash, check, or credit card.
