Get Energized! Professional Development Sessions by Gail Johnson and Pam Parr

Attendees from last year’s Reaching Forward conference will remember Gail Johnson and Pam Parr of Face to Face Communications and Training, Inc.  Their sessions “Colleagues—There’s an App for That!” were fun, interactive and provided practical insights into our co-workers needs, wants and communication styles. Gail and Pam are back this year to help us embrace change. In their sessions, The ABC’s of Libraries Today: Asking, Bantering, Conversing, Discussing, Exchanging… they will facilitate discussions around questions designed to get you thinking about your future.  You’ll have a terrific opportunity to brainstorm and network with staff from other libraries, and you can keep the conversation going after the conference. Gail and Pam will also host the session The Adaptability App with tips to increase your flexibility and enhance your ability to change and grow. Join in!
